Privacy
Policy - ePorter will not pass on or sell
your personal information to other entities. Your private
information will remain confidential. It will only be
used to facilitate a sales or related transactions that you
authorize. If you agree, we may list you in our mailing
database to notify you of new products, provide usage tips,
and product updates.
Return
Policy - If
you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, with
prior authorization, you may return it for a full refund if
returned within 30 days of shipment. Simply E-mail
support@eporterinc.com.
Tell us your name, the order number, which items and how many
you are returning, and the reason for the return.
We will
reply to the email with an RMA number and instructions on
how to send the items back to us. We will not refund shipping
costs. All refunds will be made back to the credit card
that the original transaction was made with.
Shipping
Policy - Shipping is a flat
rate of $2.50 based on actual shipping rates and a small handling
fee for the first item, it is an extra $1.00 for additional
items up to 10 items. If ordering more than this, please
contact sales@eporterinc.com
to work out discount shipping arrangements.
